Zeds Astronomical Observatory was established in 2003 in DHA, Lahore. Main equipment includes:

Zeds Astronomical Observatory has an observatory code (N30) from Minor Planet Center, International Astronomical Union. This observatory is used for

  1. Astrometry of asteroids and stars

  2. Multiband Photometry of variable stars & asteroids

  3. Spectroscopy of stars.
